Type: Web Design | Responsive: Yes Tools: WordPress, Elementor and Figma My role: UX UI

In this project I got the chance to design a responsive website for a company that experts in quality assurance for the medical devices.
One of the main reasons I built this website was to establish an online presence and reach more remote clients.

Research competitors
In my market research, I noticet that competitor websites commonly suffered from complexity due to excessive text content, extensive use of images, and a lack of clear information hierarchy. Despite the importance of providing comprehensive information for user decision-making, the overall user experience was often overwhelming. Also, I didn't see any mention of the importance of quality assurance.
so...
I chose to keep things simple and not overload users with information. I organized content neatly and made it easy to navigate. Instead of using too many pictures, I used diagrams and icons, with short explanations for each service. Additionally, I added a section that focus on the importance of having QA in the device. As the client wanted to reach more remote clients, I decided to include the option for remote services in the contact form.

It was important to me to design a website that would be visually appealing and easy to navigate, regardless of the device used, while achieving user satisfaction and engagement.
